Are the workshops suitable for children?
Our resin art workshops are generally best suited for adults and teenagers aged 13 and over, as working with resin involves sticky materials, precise measurements and safety considerations. However, we do offer specially adapted workshops for children. For these sessions, we require one supervising adult to attend for every two children to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. If you’re interested in a child-friendly workshop, please get in touch to discuss available options.
Who should avoid working with resin?
While resin art can be safe when proper precautions are followed, it is not suitable for everyone. Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals are advised to avoid working with resin due to potential exposure to fumes and chemicals that may not be safe during pregnancy or lactation. Additionally, anyone with known respiratory issues, chemical sensitivities, skin allergies (especially to epoxy or hardeners), or compromised immune systems should consult a medical professional before participating in a resin art workshop. Safety is our top priority, and we are happy to accommodate concerns or suggest alternative ways to enjoy the creative experience without direct resin contact.
